Front desk staff was very helpful and prepared. Dr. Swoverland took time to listen to all of my concerns, talked to me through all of them, gave me feedback to research so I can make an educated decision on my health and admitted her blind spots when she didn't know the answer. I found her to be very refreshing, warm, helpful, and professional.

Have had a great experience with Dr Haskins as our family doctor. She is very proactive to seek every option in treatment while making sure we are comfortable and have time to make our decisions.

Renee at the front desk is unprofessional and rude. The management staff doesn’t seem to care about it even if you call and leave your experience with the patient experience line. I don’t want to see the doctor, I don’t want to call them, I don’t want to make an appointment due to the sheer fact that Renee may answer the phone. Using phrases like “For Gods sake! Seriously?” All I asked for was that they fax over a note that my work never received. She proceeded to hang up on me. Find care elsewhere unless you intentionally like people being rude to you. Personally, if I’m paying to get care, I should at LEAST be treated with respect.

I just had a bad experience with the lack of professionalism with Renee at the front desk. I asked for a doctor's note for my daughter for school. I have never had to do this before as I didnt know protocol. I would need an appointment to get a note which I understand, but think is a little silly as I didnt feel the need to take her in as she recovered without needing a doctors visit. Just the poor attitude was a huge turn off. Could explain to me the steps without the nasty hostile attitude. Ended up hanging up on her mid sentence. Was not impressed!

This place is NOT very knowledgeable at all. If you want a doctor who will listen to your concerns then do not go here. The nurse practitioner, Deb, thinks she knows more than you do when it comes to your own body. She tells you things that are untrue and when you tell her that it's untrue she says "I went to school for this, I think I know more than you do". She is exhausting with her know it all attitude. She will laugh at you if you say something she thinks is untrue. She should be more empathetic and caring towards her patients. How she is working here I do not know but I highly recommend going somewhere else. I knew I had a disease at one point and she tried to tell me it was anything except that. A couple years later I went to a specialist and got diagnosed with the disease I always knew I had. She dismissed me like I was below her and didn't know what she was talking about. I really have not seen a more uneducated health professional and I've seen alot of doctors. I don't know how she is allowed to mistreat and misdiagnose people and not listen to what people think is wrong with THEIR OWN BODY, and she can still work as a health professional. She isn't very educated aboit nu
